[Milton-L] Milton, Dryden, and A. D. Hope

I agree with Jameela about that phrase, but I think Hope gets the literary
history mostly right in his introduction.

In the poem by "Milton," note that he starts off in Miltonish blank verse,
but parodies Dryden's style in the last 18 lines.
