[Milton-L] MLA Division Structure Discussion

I would like to add that "ownership" of the MLA, its practices, and its
divisions rest with its membership, not its administration.

Is the issue really about not having to reserve four or five more rooms at
every conference?

I like the idea of configuring our areas differently to bring different
literatures together, and that would be a good discussion to have, but that
still returns us to my previous question.
