[Milton-L] Punctuation in 4.751-52

I don’t understand the function of the comma after “Paradise.”

The sense is that marriage is the only form of private property in
Paradise where otherwise everything is commonly owned. As the poet
goes onto say, monogamy distinguishes man from beast.
