[Milton-L] Re: Milton-L Digest, Vol 53, Issue 9

It is not just radiation that is a concern.  We have heard from some
students at UCLA who have families in Japan that there have been blackouts
in Tokyo of several hours a day and food shortages there, and major
interruptions to public transportation in the city.  It would be good to
know how that situation is going to be in the summer before making a final
decision about the conference.
