[Milton-L] Query on John Foxe

He should have a look at John N. King's Milton and Religious Controversy.
King is a huge Foxe scholar.  Oddly, I don't remember how much King
references Foxe specifically in this book, but I feel certain there will be
some tidbits.

A church historian friend of mine has asked me if I can recommend any
readings on Milton's use of Foxe for the graduate seminar he is teaching.

I've sent him the old Milton Encyclopedia note, with its reference to
Haller's Elect Nation (1963) and YP 5:xix-xlix, along with the suggestion
that he see Andrew Escobedo's 2004 study, but that's as far as I've gotten.
If anyone has other suggestions, I'll be happy to send them along.
