[Milton-L] Kepler translation

A small part of it was translated in 'A prophecy of the white king' by 
William Lilly (1644): "Kepler his Prediction upon the fiery Trygon, 
beginning 1603". An interesting piece of 'astral republicanism' as such 
(for a Miltonic connection), but not much from Kepler, though: pp. 27-28.
