[Milton-L] Satan's quote of Macbeth...

I prefer John Rumrich's suggestion that there is an echo of Macbeth in 
PR 3.207 ff. rather than Lear 4.1.27 or Othello 5.2.267-8, cited by 
Carey in the Longman edition. Carey does go on to note an echo of 
Macbeth 3.4.109-110 in PR 3.221-222.
