There are many: Thomas Stothard, George Romney, Delacroix, not to mention Munkacsy (see attached) all rendered images on the theme.  James Barry depicts Milton dictating to Thomas Ellwood.  M. Pointon's book on Milton and English Art (1970) catalogues some of these.
