[Milton-L] Hell and forgiveness

Thanks to all for this learned and illuminating discussion.

Would you agree that Milton in PL seems deliberately to avoid drawing 
attention to the thought of humans in Hell? This is the only 
reasonably explicit passage I''ve noticed:

Then all thy saints assembled, thou [the Son] shall judge
Bad men and angels, they arraigned shall sink
Beneath thy sentence; hell, her numbers full,
Thenceforth shall be forever shut. (3.330)
