[Milton-L] panegyrics of Cromwell

I second Boyd Berry's comment. It might be profitable to look at 
contemporary biographies such as Flecknoe's of 1659 and others, one of 
which, and the name escapes me, treats Cromwell's life as parallel to 
that of Moses. The author makes many comparisons between God's 
messages to Moses and providentialism regarding Cromwell. It might be 
worth looking at other panegyrical texts such as Payne Fisher's Veni, 
Vidi, Vici. Chris Orchard
