[Milton-L] Why sin in Milton's creation?

Dear Kathryn and others,
I just meant that since to Milton virtuous behavior ( good behavior) depends upon choosing freely (free will), God allows evil actions(sin) which have their motivation in angels' or human's hearts. To do anything else would be to take away freedom of choice.
