Visiting Czech political scientist Dr. Marek Skovajsa will talk on "New
members of the Club:Post-Communist Central Europe and the European Union."
He will discuss the role of established "new" members (e.g.Poland) and
ambiguous, conflictual bids for membership (e.g. Serbia, Ukraine). All
students and faculty are invited -- question and answer session encouraged
