Featuring:

M. Edward Whelan III is president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center
in Washington, and directs EPPC's program on The Constitution, the Courts
and the Culture.  Mr. Whelan is a regular contributor to National Review
Online's Bench Memos blog on constitutional law and judicial nominations,
and he is a frequent commentator on the Supreme Court.  A lawyer and
former law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia, Mr. Whelan has served in
positions of responsibility in all three branches of the federal
government, and has practiced in the private sector.
