[Nlsa] creating a NLSA mail Rule

Jump in at whatever point you need reference 

 

Open Outlook on your computer

 

Creating a folder for NLSA listmail: 

1. right-click on your inbox

2. select create new folder 

3. name the new folder NLSA 

4. Click OK, the new folder will appear 

 

Create the Processing Rule so NLSA listmail goes to the NLSA filter 

1. Click on Tools in the top menu bar in Outlook 

2. Highlight the E-mail Rules Tab

3. Left-Click on New Rule

4. Select the radio button "Start creating a rule from a template"

5. Under Step 1: select a template 

            Highlight "Move messages with specific words in the subject
to a folder

6. Under STep 2: Edit the rule description 

            FIRST 

            click on the underlined text "specific words"

            in the search text pop-up, specify words or prhases to
search for in the subject enter 

            [NLSA]

            Click the Add button 

            Click OK

            "specified words" now reads "[NLSA]"

            THEN 

            click on the underlined text "specified" in front of the
word folder

            open the inbox folder by clicking on the +

            highlight the NLSA folder you just created 

            click OK

            "specified" now reads "NLSA"

 

7. Click the NExt Button

8. Repeat clicking the NEXT button until you get to the screen "Finish
Rule Setup"

9. under Step 2 Setup rule options

            click to put a checkmark in front of Run this rule now on
messages already in "Sent Items"

            Click Finish

 

You should be all set up and your NLSA list mail will automatically sort
to your NLSA folder
