[Nlsa] help!! Need jurors for lawskills trial

Fun!  I swear it's fun! 

Well - it can be, and it's very informative. 

What is it? 

 

2L Law Skills students do a fall trial with witnesses and jurors and
everything as our big law skills grade.

I'm looking for 3 jurors for the jury for Rob Johnson and my trial at
1:45 next Wednesday at the Chesterfield courthouse.

 

It's a great opportunity for 1Ls to get a sneak peak at what you'll be
doing next year and (I'm so full of it for saying this) a wonderful
opportunity for nostalgic review for 3Ls

 

That last was a HUMONGOUS stretch... maybe outright disingenuous ... but
for 1Ls, it is true  - we're all using our experiences as jurors last
year to a big advantage with our work this year. 

 

If you're free next Wednesday afternoon (11/14 we'll leave here at about
1:15ish, done by 4ish) , drop me a line - we'll carpool out if you need
a ride or give directions if you need 'em. 

 

You don't have to do anything to prep and you don't have to dress up or
anything, though please do actually dress.
