[Nlsa] Brown Bag Symposium

Hi NLSA,
     Our "Brown Bag Symposium" scheduled for tomorrow will take a
different form again.
     Please come to the Moot Courtroom at noon tomorrow for a lecture by
Professor Chesney of Wake Forest.  Professor Chesney will be speaking on
his views about the law governing transfers of Guantanamo detainees to
foreign custody.
     I hope you will take this opportunity to sample this Constitutional
issue, and I will see you tomorrow.
