Dear Alice, Dear all,
I knew there was something the matter with that
Derrida/non-Derrida/De-Derrida essay. Derrida would have loved the mistake
and the confusion, the game of hide and seek, and did not believe in the
least, I think, in the reality of real McCoys. In de-coys, rather.
For anyone interested in Derrida and Milton (or the other way round, which
is not quite the same thing), I wrote a short piece "From Dagon to Deleuze
and Derrida" which Christophe Tournu was kind enough to include in his
edited volume: Milton in France, (Peter Lang), 2008,329-343.

Hello, all. Attached is a seminar paper Derrida wrote about Milton.
The essay is part of the Derrida archives and will be featured in an
upcoming presentation at UC Irvine by Herman Rappaport. I have been given
permission to distribute it to the Milton list. I'm attaching it as a doc
and as a pdf. Hoping you'll find it interesting.
