Angelica,
I'm guessing that there hasn't been a francophone Doré.
I ran a quick search through the big catalogues, the BNF (national library), the CCFR (collective catalog), and the ABES (union catalog), and the only thing that came up for Doré was the 1993 Dover Press edition of the illustrations.
Or, I could be searching wrong.

Subject: [Milton-L] Doré in a Francophone translation of PL
Dear scholars,
Many thanks so far for all the leads on- and off-list on Doré, which help me
flesh out my knowledge of this set of illustrations.
I am still trying to find out if those illustrations have ever been
published specifically in a Francophone translation of /Paradise Lost/.
Adios,
Angelica
