[Milton-L] Inquiry regarding PL Norton Critical Edition, 1st ed (1975)

Dear Fellow Miltonists,

I'm writing to see if anyone knows if excerpts of either Lewis's Preface to "Paradise Lost" or Empson's Milton's God appeared in the 1st edition (1975) of the Norton Critical Edition of Paradise Lost, edited by Scott Elledge. 

This information would help me a lot.  I can't find the info on line (although I did find an obviously incorrect table of contents via Search Barnes & Noble), and ILL may not get to me in time.
