[Milton-L] RCG on Mcgill's library

One more library, one more Milton passage, this time from McGill,
where I did my MA. Near the library entrance one can find a passage
from The Reason of Church Government: "in the quiet and still air of
delightful studies." If memory serves (and it may not), it is
carved in stone.
