There is a great copy of Eikonoklastes on ebay. The seller has posted a lot
of pictures as well.

He states:

Offered is the rare and highly desirable first edition of "Eikonoklastes,"
John Milton's great polemic justifying the execution of King Charles I of
England, printed in quarto at London in 1649, complete and bound in 17th
century calf, with the arms of Francis Henry Egerton, 8th Earl of
Bridgwater, stamped upon both boards. As Pforzheimer notes, "Eikonoklastes"
is particularly rare amongst Milton first editions, with several notable
collections lacking a copy. In no small part this is because the work was
burned by the public hangman and banned upon the Restoration of Charles II
in 1660. My asking price is somewhat negotiable, so please do not hesitate
to make an offer.

THIS COPY INCLUDES CONTEMPORARY MID-17TH CENTURY MANUSCRIPT CORRECTIONS,
ALMOST CERTAINLY FROM THE PRINTSHOP AND POSSIBLY IN MILTON'S HAND, ON THE
2ND LEAF OF THE PREFACE, AND ON PAGES 42, 53, 72, 74 AND 112.
