that but for its resemblance to  Charles I, your husband's sculpture was not 
at all the center of controversy.  Rather, it was the irresponsible and 
ignorant commentary of the Times  reviewer, McGrath, about Milton in conjunction with 
the exhibit. The fact  that his article was accompanied by what seemed to be 
a likeness of the king  (I will send you several portraits privately to 
illustrate that point) just  added to that issue.
