Er, I'm not sure what you are asking, or in what frame of reference.  How do we
regard the spelling as usage? as affection? as trivia? as misspelled part of a
larger quotation? (Did I miss an earlier post about this?) It just looks like
an accusative to me.  Perhaps you could provide more context for your query?
