[Milton-L] Is this Milton allusion apt?

As I continue to plod toward "Milton at Monticello" in essays and 
research, I have collected thoughts, info, fact, and poems, parody to 
support that position. I am still looking for that early19th centruy 
cartoon of Jefferson on Satan's throne a la Fusseli. Thanks for the 
reminder of the Davies' essay. Back to "The Persians" and the battle
