Couldn't find that particular de Sponde, but there are other works by him in
the BNF's Gallica project: http://gallica2.bnf.fr/
Gallica is quite a good resource for publications, including incunables,
published on the continent.  (It is also an open resource; in the best
French style it remains nationalized rather than the property of a
corporation imposing extortionist subscription fees on university
libraries.)
