There was a translation by Josep Carnier you might want to track down
I believe he translated it while exiled in Mexico -an interesting story in itself:

By John Milton, José Carner, John Milton, Josep Carner
Translated by Josep Carner
Published by Fondo de Cultura Economica
ISBN 9681676963, 9789681676964

Dear all,
I have been looking for Areopagitica in Spanish and I have not bee able to find it anywhere. It is a real pity because such a powerful text should be found in, at least, the most common languages in the world. Besides, I have read very carefully the text that Mr Rovira suggested, "Milton's *Areopagitica* and the Modern First Amendment," *Yale by Mr Vincent Blase and I have found a clear similarity with the Spanish constitution of 1978, where in its first article it says that "España se constituye en un Estado social y democrático de Derecho, que propugna como valores superiores de su ordenamiento jurídico la libertad, la justicia, la igualdad y el pluralismo político.", which means in short, that Spain´s most important values are freedom, justice, equality and political pluralism". Mmmm, I think my work on Areopagitica is taking unexpected directions. However, If you know where I can find a text of Areopagitica in Spanish I would appreciate it. Thank you very much.
