[Milton-L] Transportation from Heathrow or Gatwick (for IMS9)

My initial response on reading Carol's email was "Why would anyone do this when they can take the Heathrow express to Paddington for 14 quid?", but I checked the website and it turns out that the price Carol quotes is for a round trip. 22 quid for door to door service sounds like a good deal to me. Thanks, Carol, for this most helpful tip.

Those planning to attend IMS9 and not prepared to negotiate London on wheels may appreciate knowing about this livery service, which (for 44 GBP, which at today's exchange rate is about $86, compared to 75 GBP or more for competitor services) will take you to and from Heathrow to Bloomsbury. (They also do pickups at Gatwick, but I don't know the cost.)
See the National Express Dot2Dot website at www.dot2.com.
You will need to know the post code of where you'll be staying, the number of your flight(s), and the terminal at which you will arrive (and from which you will depart). Heathrow is in process of building a new terminal, apparently to be used for international flights (#5). It's not yet on Dot2Dot's website, but they do go there.
You can book online, or e-mail or call them--contact information below:
