A clarification: David Kastan's edition for Hackett started out as a
revision of Hughes, and every so often one can see the lineaments of
the original notes. But very quickly, it ceased to be a revision, and
became Kastan's own edition, with his own notes, introductions, and
editorial choices. The title page says "Edited by David Scott
Kastan," and so it is.
