CFP: MLA Special Session, Blake and Philosophy

One recent anthology of Blake criticism divides its essays into
"textual" and "cultural" approaches to Blake, including in its
Cultural Studies section essays on Blake and religion, gender,
psychology, and science. Blake and philosophy, however, seems to have
passed by the wayside in Blake studies. What is the current status of
Blake and philosophy? I'm seeking 250 word proposals addressing the
topic of Blake and philosophy, especially those approaching this topic
with some historical orientation. Include a brief description of how
your presentation engages previous work on your topic. Please send
your proposal, along with a brief C.V., in Word 2003 or .rtf format to
jamesrovira at gmail.com by Wednesday, March 19th, 2008.

PS There tend to be Blake people hanging about Milton scholarship, but
apologies if this seems off-topic.
