Thank you so much for your reply. I am trying to outline a few dates with the college now, but I wonder if you have any ideal date. 

I am giving a paper at the BMS in Birmingham and I am quite keen to canvas support at that so it would be useful if I could have a date to work to. I was thinking of Easter 2009, but would that be convenient for you?

I have made a very tentative approach to Andrew McNeillie at the press with a view to selecting the best papers for publication. He was very cautious, as I expected, but I hope this might be an outcome.
